How to Scale Up Your Investments

Mike: I was looking for an opportunity where a property wasn't going to soak up a bunch of my time. For me, because I had a few smaller properties, I was looking to scale up. So we have a wholesaler that finds a lot of properties for us. And he says, Hey, here's this deal we've got, we've got this 25 unit property. You know, would you be interested in it? Mike: "I ran the numbers on it. I think this is the one" We're in the process of renovating those 25 units, probably selling a year or two from now, and then go take those and go buy another larger property as well
