Do My Hair Really Quick? Is That Really the Same Thing in Korean?

I feel like I'm way more comfortable in English than I am in Korean. So then sometimes I'll say stuff in Korean. Like, I'm definitely speaking the Korean language, but maybe like the sentence structure or like, the words I'm saying are in English, they're just translated to the Korean language. The most recent example is I was trying to describe, you know, how there's like Inoki mushrooms and seafood Mushroom basically are Inoki, but they're just like thicker.
