Y had actually been seeing ua lot of private reaction between the overlap that i know, of course, a lot of that comes from maybe a lot more of of an ideological wing. I i know, i follow balgy a lot. I follow a lot of people in his circle, rit. So i am seeing, i am seeing some sort of a rally around the flag happening. But so, so you're saying, this isn't happening. Thot much in the broader crypto community,

at least i haven't seen it. And as i said, i think the the actions by the largest products um are the ones that have the most impact. And they've been, they've been very disappointing.

I mean, to alk o ot a chilling effect. R, it's one thing to say the stuff when you are, i mean, say what you want about bology, but he's protected by first amendment rights, re protected. In the end, we are extremely we we are at least very highly certain that he's not going to be arrested for forpost stuff on twitter. But olokat, who are actually running these things. Its kind of like the stuff we were talking about before, right? Even if you're, even if you are not going to be arrested, specifically for your first amendment rits, it's like, yes, nie ali got there. It'd be a shame if we, if we banned it.

I mean, what i wonder, what really gets me is some, ah, there's, there's a scene from the show billions, right where, i think the hedge fund managers, i think i's having a it don't stand off with a some sort of regulator. And i think, you know, his his lawyeris there, and he's trying to negotiate some agreement where he syes, i'm sorry, oma, bliad, then another back cougf buti iso, i think he's about to back down, and then he looks the regular in the eye and says, what's the point of saying, what's the point of having fuck you money if you never say fucky? And then he says, fucky. Um, i don't no. O co bleave that out for for your listeners. But pain i, you know that the founders of these projects write their billionaires, right? Like, what are they afraid of? What's the point of having all this money and influence if you don't stand up for the values that you supposedly champion? And as much as people and soe, i'm a big believer in a theory. I'm also a big believer in bedcom but i'm a big believer in a theory. People from the developmeno theorem love to, ah, you know, kind of mock the bitcoin maximalists. But i'll give you this, at least the bitcoin maximalists are super clear about their values. And so far a lot of the boom that has happened, a lot of money has been made in smart contract development, a lot of these people have very ify values, right? You get all these other like, you know, e s g concerns, whatever. A cancel culture made its way in, and it turns out, you know, they don't even stand up for the civil liberties that supposedly t they would be in favor of. So i think a lot of it is kind of, there's a weaker culturei for the smart contract platforms versus bitcoin. I think a lot of your true civil right believers, the people that want to escape from state control, are er er the bidcoin maximalists. Umso i wish we could probably import some of them, but i don't know. Miht be too late,
