Do You Have a 20 Minute Nap?
i was inspired by the examp ofour father to try napping. He said, i went home from my coffee with robert graves and lay down with the kitchen timers up for 20 minutes. When it clanged, i got up whether i had drowsed or not. I have practised the 20 minute nap for half a century. It's really great. And i do see now, like me, maybe yo'd like to have a 35 minute nap because i really, i really do enjoy it. Usually i wake up pretty sometimes i wake up on my own, like right at 20 minutes, and just sort of wake up. Sometimes i am a little bit drowsy
