Product Marketing - What Is Segmentation?
Sally Kohn: I know you've been working a lot on this topic and you've got a lot to share here. So today we're going to talk about segmentation, which maybe isn't something that product marketers talk about all the time but it's one of my favorite topics. At its most basic level, I think about customer segmentation as the strategic process of essentially dividing up your customer base. But at the end of the day, the goal is really to identify your best customers and then build highly relevant products and experiences that will help you acquire, engage and retain them.
