Do You Really Care About Your Salary?

I think it's just too complicated. It go either way. Whether it means a little or a lot depends on so many things that, like, you just can't weigh it properly. The actual evealing bit of information is your salary offer, not the title. But why does it wydo they care about and tis goes back to: Why do people want to move up? I mean, i don't think you should take a job just based on salary.
