Mindfulness is a wonderful antidote, because it changes our relationship to these speedy thoughts so that they don't necessarily control us. This also strikes me as the kind of book that people will perhaps want to read together and share their experience doing the practices. It reminds me of TARS book actually when it came out on the first book which list all these schemas and various patterns.
