How to Hydrate for a Long Run

Don't overly hydrate. Don't drink excessive water. Whatever's worked in your training leading up to your long runs do the same type of thing. As much as I love my potato chips which I do, that would be more like an empty carbohydrate versus a complex carbohydrate maybe like a neutral green bar or some type of energy bar with fiber and so forth. You just have to wonder if you know, why are they doing that they're going to really kind of hurt themselves I think versus help themselves.
