Rework

In a remote company like base camp, where employees aren't physically together, interruptions are virtual. I called one of my co workers, noah, to talk about how he handles all the requests he gets during the day. i do say that we spend 20 % of our time responding to requests. So someone has a question or problem that they want solved. And so it might be, hey, we're thinking about changing this feature. Or we did just change this feature three weeks ago. Can you help us understand what changed about it?
