Possible Explanations for Jennifer's Shadow People Experience

I can't rule out a demon, but I also don't see any evidence pointing to a demon specifically. Just because something is scary, that doesn't mean it's a demon. We'd always want to look for natural explanations like could it have been someone using the washroom in the door or someone playing a prank? Could it have been a wild animal that's getting in?
