The Difference Between Anxiety and Depression
There's a difference between your lower case d depression a, situational sorrow and my capital d depression that never goes away. And if you treat it as if it were nothing, and you just wave it away, like it's just a figment of your imagination, then no wonder. It says that nehemiah was very sore, afraid. So will be those people that you don't understand. They'll be afraid of ever opening up to you about what's ing in their mind and heart. We can at least cut people some slack and give them some space to sorrow - there's something deeper going on.
