The Impact of the Great Recession on the Economy

The underwriting on CRE loans by banks has actually been fairly conservative after the great recession. So, it could be a loan to value ratio of 50%. This isn't so far, I haven't seen the trigger that would cause all CRE prices to collapse suddenly. These releases are staggered out over time and come due at different points in time.
