Movement thinking alone is not optimum to maintain brain health. Even if you think positively, even though most people have a number of moments of mental activity that will not be that positive and ultimately that can impact your brain negatively as well. As a matter of fact, it might do the opposite because it's going to be really straining your mind. But what's for sure is that if you have that movement and that movement is outside on diverse environments and outside in the sun and outside grounding, all around this is going to maintain your brain to be healthier, sharper but won't necessarily make you more or smarter than strain your mind.
