There's a lot of variability of the lag time. Are you using a cell phone or are you using a landline? And then when you get 911, what dispatch are you getting? Are you getting one close to you? Are you not? So they're, and that really does matter. If it's a line, I think it needs to be the front desk person comes to the back and is there while we're working with this patient. It just makes things smoother because they know where you're calling from.
