What's the Story of Wiley?

Wiley's influence is not so much in the law, but in the way that foods are manufactured and marketed. Wily convinced a catchup companies to change their formula so that they have redder catchup with more sugar than it would have been otherwise. He also campaigned against the use of whisky as medicine which may be one of his most important legacies.
