Docker Image in GitHub Actions With GitHub Releases

I'm using we are building Docker image in GitHub actions with GitHub releases and we have a bit of testing in there just you know basic stuff like running command and checking the output. It's really really nice to have the base image hosted on GitHub directlyEverything is so smooth compared to a few years ago so I'm really happy about that as well so we can focus on the job. Yeah I have not used GitHub's like registry like image container history like do they have like security checks and stuff like that but I'm not sure if GitHub does because that would be a game changer.
