Y Time Founding - The Learning Curve

Every day i look back and say, well, how much i've learned since yesterday? We chose to use the strength finder test by gallop. It's an excellent test. It rates 34 different strengthsand gives you your top it ranks em in order. The bottom ones are the ones where when you hit a circumstance that requires those strengths, you go find somebody else on the team who's got those strengths. And so there's always kind of that element of learning and adopting.
