Sally Kohn: I saw somebody talked about it on Twitter. They said, I feel bad hiring someone to clean my house because I'm more powerful than they are. She says treating the people who work for you with respect and dignity should be the norm. Kohn: It may not be what your first choice is, but it's allowing someone to put food on their table so do it in a dignified way.
