We're easily distractable, especially when focusing. Distracting yourself by numbing your mind and completely shifting gears is not good. We should create some time in our schedules to focus on coating. Make coating a habit with rituals. And then lastly, i'd say, plan to sacrifice - this is going to be a right? Right?
