i think good leaders are great at being able to take us back to those simple principles that i think our ancestors probably had a better understanding because they weren't as distracted by analytics and technology and strategy as we are. You can actually have a group of players who aren't rated the best create a great environment for them and they'll overachieve I really believe from a competitiveness point of view doesn't matter how great your players are if they're in a compromised environment you want to get the best out of them.
