How to Make Your Habits Atomic

Atomic Habits by James Clear suggests that a habit needs a cue, a craving, a response and a reward. To make your habits atomic, all we need to do is think about making them obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying. So for example, perhaps telling yourself that you don't get out of bed until you finish writing will make it attractive because you want to stay in bed. Or if you're the opposite and you like there's extra few minutes in in the morning, in bed tucked up, then what you need is to reframe this as a chance to get a few extra minutes in bed when you're writing.
