The Russians and Nukes

Peter Zine: The Russians have been threatened in nuclear this and that since the Ukraine war started. He says Putin stopped making threats, only to say they're moving nukes on to permanent station in Belarus. But he says there's really no change because Russia already has a nuclear footprint in their enclave of Kaliningrad west of Belarus. "This is about internal Russian politics, not international security issues, at least for now," said Zine.
