Some fitness centers have reopened, and i think are doing it in a fairly safe manner. There are ways of using our body weight to overload the system. Same with things like push ups. Just by changing how high your feet are off the ground, you can increase intensity. Having a limited amount of equipment at home as great. kettle bells - absolutely kettle s are fantastic. My loads went up this week. Eh. That's everyone likes that.
