The Importance of Collaboration in Digital Portfolio Management
I think that collaborative way of working is something that comes across in terms of how you're going to drive change successfully. I definitely liked my shared care record transition. It was very challenging but it was really close and so yeah, that was one of my favorite part as well. My chides are probably close to my heart and it's a transformation. There could be things nobody has done before and there would be issues to solve or improvements in plain sight. Never quite day.
