Processing for Clarity or Camaraderie

If you're mad at someone, are you processing for clarity or camaraderie? Dave Ramsey has this great description of gossip. It's when you tell somebody else about a problem that they're not directly involved with in either the problem or the solution to the problem. If I just go to Bill to talk about you with any plan to talk to you about you, it's unfair to you because you never know about the problem.
