What's Pakchangi's Strategy for Exporting Goods?
Pakchangi was claiming that, in which he said, I want to, they can't do tomorrow, they're back at the change. He wanted South Korea to be where the US, Western Europe, Japan are. And his government, of course, provided the necessary credit through the bank, system and level of protection for domestic industries. The emphasis that workers had on improving themselves, right, being able to provide services, not only produce cheap goods, is more mechanic, process, right? Absolutely.
