The Florida governor is laying off staff and cutting back on travel, says CNN's John Sutter. The campaign has raised a lot of money but burned through that at a very high rate given the size of its staff, he adds. If DeSantis can't pull it off in Iowa or New Hampshire, is that it for him? "Is it Iowa, New Hampshire, or bust?" asks Sutter.
