How to Negotiate a Franchise Hotel Agreement

We just purchase a 76 unit when I'm hotel and we negotiate with wind them to deflig the hotel in about 15 months after closing. So, you know, in this case it was a much easier break of that relationship versus if we were to some of the other hotels we're looking at there were over half a million dollars of liquid damage. And finally, we just like to build our own boutique brand. We don't want to pay the franchise fee for 10 to 17%. That's on top of OTA fees. Even if you're getting a booking from Expedia, you're still paying the franchise fees on top of the Expedia fees right so it's a lot of fees
