Traditional Private Equity vs Permanent Equity?

The new system is we want to come in and listen and learn the business alongside the person who founded it, or ho has stewarded it over the last several years. We're not coming in again, spread sheet driven and wiping out a large number of employees so that we can pay our debts. And most people are going to figure it out and love the new system nd work inside of it.
