The Challenges of Missing Antibodies

There's not massive antibodies being missed or these methods wouldn't be allowed to be out there. What sometimes I have more frustration with is with some of the unwanted positives. Those kind of things that you may never have even seen in a tube test and you probably don't care. Solid phase picks up warm autos incredibly well, as well as kind of junk - but nothing clinically significant.
