Dopamine Deficiency - What Do You Do With This Information?

If you deplete dopamine across the board, it may eventually become difficult to attach motivation or attention to anything. And that affects the muscles instead of being centered in the muscular energy system and supply. So what do you do with this information? Well I think there's a lot of complex decisions here because I don't think we can say everyone should eat more meat. Some people need more protein because of their physical fitness goals. Others have higher needs for nutrients than others so they can't just eat animal foods.
