DuraFlex was primarily from a distributed dealer-led model which in turn meant we never kind of spoke to the customer directly. We always kind of got customer feedback from either a dealer or a distributor where the refinements which we need to do to you know offer a better experience was delayed now. For a customer it doesn't really matter who's delivering the product who's manifesting the product at the end of the day they're looking for good service and that should be the defined element of how you plan your entire business strategy.
