How to Optimize Your Hormone Cycle

If you want to go to a doctor, first of all, I think going to a doctor would really overwhelming. But so what you can do is kind of start tracking your cycle and working out if there's something in particular that you're wondering about. Progesterone often is quite a calming hormone and can often make people feel more sleepy. That could be something that you're kind of tracking and thinking, okay, maybe that's a time in the month when I feel like I don't feel like a sleep well. And then to use that to your advantage, what you could do is concentrate on sleep hygiene.
