i know you work with some wealthy individuals, and i know it seems to be this trend. Jim rogers wrote a book called hot commodities, maybe abouta decade or two ago,. He's talking about farmers and landowners are going to be driving around and lambos that farming was so important. But then you people like bill gates were buying aoverlote with the second or third largest landowner in the us. How do you kind of go about applying farm land to a portfolio when it's not as easy to access as probably a lot of other investments? This all comes down to due diligence in the high network, ultra high network space.
