The Heart of a Cockroach
Jode Green is an urban entomologist who studies bugs that most people don't like. He explains how cockroaches have hearts, but they are not the same as our own. The heart of a cockroach has 13 chambers and moves blood around in its body. But insects do not have oxygen in their blood so it doesn't turn red when squashed.
