There's two sections of the training which are skill development right and development very very different. I've been in this pursuit my whole entire life of what is the most economical way to be able to put those things in there to serve the hypertrophy function without creating more of a recovery stimulus. These first two things are creating damage and things that need to be recovered yes absolutely these two these bottom things have to be super mitigated.
