Yoga - Do You Practice Meditation Every Day?
I'd practice probably four times a week and then meditation every day. I've got a teacher that teaches me online. Because I just thought I'm going to put one solid practice in a week, and then the other practices I might go to someone's class or I'll do just a practice to,. you know, it might be a 30 minute practice in the morning. And man, my running was quick. Like whether it was the yoga, I'm not too sure, but I mean, it couldn't have been anything else.
