Should We Give Up Certain Freedoms for National Security?

There are valid things that have to remain secret for at least some period of time. I think that's the way it should be done throughout the government. The review board was a great concept, except that that's not abided by very much at all. Do we want to give up certain comforts and freedoms for the greater good of the country?
