It's a restaurant with independent stores inside of it within a buffet store. So that way, it was kept starting costs because then they're supplied by small businesses. Something like that will only work with huge population. It could be in London, maybe the Centre Manchester. What experiential dining where there's multiple things to meet everyone? You've got to make sure that you have volume.
