Customer Development - How Did You Approach That First Year?
A lot of time it's been on customer development, talking to people saying, Hey, we're building this. Do you have this problem? A, you know, is this something that you really want to solve? And so there was a lot of conversations like that. We felt really strongly about the problem that we were solving but didn't necessarily feel that we knew exactly what the right way to solve was. But then as we did more customer development, talked to more folks, we started to get a better point of view on how we should solve the problem and what was really missing in the market to solve it. It took kind of our arrive at where we are today.
