Is the Gender Pay Gap Getting Closer to Normal?
Even as the gender pay gap has narrowed, the class pay gap has significantly widened. The real challenge here is in the middle and towards the bottom of the economic distribution, where men are really not doing very well at all. And so this cross cutting of class and, of course, of race, which i hope we'll get into, really is a terribly important rate now.
