The Importance of Membership Programs in a Small Business
The transition of value for value is going to mean a fundamental shift in what I spend my time doing. The membership program is like that baseline revenue that you know you have as a small business. So we'll definitely be thinking about ways to improve that and make that more enticing. It's funny because it was something I thought I'd talk about at a different point in time, but it came up and it was fresh on the line.

it's an event maybe it's a particular thing we're doing i don't know something more like that um because it just totally changes the complexity of the business too the the transition of value for value i've now realized on the back end is going to mean a fundamental shift in what i spend my time doing and it's it's going to be a massive improvement for my mental health for my physical health and for the quality of the shows as we make that transition and i think the membership program is going to be one of the key aspects i mean this is the boost segment but i think uh long-term the membership program is like that baseline revenue that you know you have as a small business and uh that is going to be super critical as we start making plans so we'll definitely be thinking about ways to improve that and make that more enticing
