The Dard Is Really Hard to Define, Right?

At the end of one year, everybody's like, did you do all the things? And that's not great. At the same time, it is an important milestone, especially when you're going into mid term elections. There are a lot of political realities here. But i also keep trying to remember that, i think the dard is really hard to define.
