A lot of my crisis, I've kind of figured out, because my wife actually had her own version of this two years after me. My questions were, why am I here? What is my purpose? And things like that. So I kind of went deep down the path of the whole know thyself process and trying to figure out who we are as a person. That gets you into all the stuff of like, well, what's my personality type and what's my Enneagram and what’s my strengths finder strengths? But at the time, and this was late 2015 when he had his crisis, there wasn't a lot of stuff online about this. 2023
