Vulnerability is having the courage to leave your comfort zone allowing yourself to be vulnerable. The other aspect of vulnerability is putting yourself out there and exposing yourself to your followers. Having the humility to ask people on your team what they think and how they would do something can also help a leader show respect for them. If you don't follow their recommendation, get back with them and explain to them why.
