What's the Best Way to Communicate a Disclaimer?
i think the people just didn't know it was coming at all and i'm not sure there was a lot of sort of, before hay take some people aside, saying, like, this is coming, were doing this. I don't know that the whatever communication i've seen at least helped folks do that. When you're making an announcement of that sort, you think it's not going to be popular,. i think the language has to be very warm, very kind, and, you know, longer is better than a tweet length.
