Is There Any Evidence That Qualified Immunity Reform Will Continue?

The issue, at least at the federal level, has been a major sticking point for criminal justice reform. Is there any evidence that that is cooling? Do you have any hopes that the discussions about qualified immunity being included in some sort of reform package will continue? I think it will be a challenge.
