I'm going to go first with the question about. Let's stick with the kind of plot one first, okay? Yeah. So the reason why a bird seems to be the thing that gets sent out is because it's also the only way in which you could imagine testing whether or not the flood had ended. The text really is silent on the question of whether or not fish are affected by this flood. Right. I was actually teaching a class on the flood narratives a couple of weeks ago and my students said well what about all the fish like this doesn't seem to matter to them. And I think it's true because the world view is from a community that lives on land. right
