i think we need to be careful not to fall into the trap of assuming that everyone all of a sudden is going to be working from home. It's so easy to over index on our, you know, very privileged, white collar sort of existence for sure. But i feel like we are in the early innings of seeing the after effects of coverd. Let's see how extensive it is, and of of what, even for places like te ow, much of it ends up sticking.
