This patient had a fish that was notable for a t eight 21, which is consistent with favorable risk corps binding factor. The decision had been made to start the patient on a regiment known as seven plus three and we also added another agent called g o. Two weeks later, this patient's n g s testing came back, and unfortunately, he had a kit mutation on xon 17. And in this case, because now he's classified as a higher risk patient, we ultimately decided that he should end up becoming an algenaic stemsel transplant.
